Mind Institute is a brand new, state-of-the-art facility that works with children from birth to 18 years with communication difficulties, fine and gross motor challenges, language delays, hearing difficulties, educational delays, behavior disorders, emotional disorders, sensory integration issues, social skills challenges, and more.

From the same founder that brought you Little Academy Nursery, the leaders of Mind Institute expanded their scope, refined their methods, grew their resources, and most importantly, stayed true to their original purpose and passion: educating children of the future.

The institute offers holistic, non-medical daily intervention programs as well as after-school programs using evidence-based, subject-centered approaches in English, French, and Arabic, targeting measurable changes in academic and social performance.

The mission is to create wholeness for children and adolescents with developmental difficulties through focused assessment, treatment, and individualized learning plans, thereby preparing them to successfully navigate social situations and future academic endeavors.

Evaluations: Provides non-invasive, holistic evaluations for children aged birth to 18 years.

Speech and Language Pathology: The expert speech and language pathologists are highly experienced and specialised in developing and enhancing communication skills in children and adolescents.

Occupational Therapy: Certified Pediatric Occupational Therapists promote functional independence for the child who is dealing with the effects of disease, injury, birth anomalies, disability or developmental problems.

Early Intervention Unit (EIP): Provides early identification, evaluation and intervention for children up to the age of 5 years old and is available in English, Arabic and French.

Tri-Lingual Daily Program (6-18 years): Morning/ afternoon sessions offer children with learning disabilities and other learning challenges a wide range of intensive, individualized interventions to re-mediate learning challenges.

Early Hearing Program: Early Hearing Program assesses children’s hearing. Early screening helps reduce delays by identifying children with hearing loss and providing their families with vital support/ care.

Home Therapy: Home based therapy, takes place in client’s homes rather than at the centre, for those who have difficulty accessing theservices. It provides one on one support tailored to the client’s needs.

How to schedule an appointment:
If you would like to schedule an intake appointment, please contact Mind Institute by calling +974 33377648 or email admin@mindinstituteqatar.com

The intake team will call you within a week to gather information about your child and schedule an appointment.

How to add your child to the waiting list:
Call the center and fill out our Appointment Registration Form with the intake team over the phone. This way the centre can learn more about your child’s needs.
When your child reaches the top of the waiting list, the centre will call you to schedule an appointment.

Once your child has an appointment:
After your appointment has been scheduled, ensure you arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out all patient paperwork required before your intake appointment.

For general questions, call the centre at any time.


There are different fee structures depending on the service the client requires. The centre has monthly and advance payment packages available, however, all parents are required to sign up for a treatment plan committing to a set session time and bringing their child in regularly.
