The Ministry of Interior (MOI) has added a number of new services in the updated version of the Metrash2 application.
MOI, in a recent Tweet, said that the new update is in line with their digital ‘vision’ to further enhance their E-services.
The latest services include the national address certificate for individuals and companies, a provision for the establishment of a registration card in the E-wallet and the permanent residence card, also in the E-wallet.
MOI has been updating the Metrash2 app to include more services. It recently added a Communicate With Us service for complaints on family and behavioural disputes, social support and behavioural counselling. The app currently offers over 220 active services available in six languages – Arabic, English, French, Malayalam, Urdu, and Spanish.
