Aksoy Holding signed an agreement with Marriott International to brand its 126,000-sqm private peninsula – Epique Island – in Bodrum, Turkey under The Ritz-Carlton Residences.
Featuring 74 exclusive villas, Epique Island was developed in 2014 with an investment of €200 million and has since generated 6,000 jobs in the country. The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bodrum, which will mark the first stand-alone branded residential project for Marriott in the region when it opens in the second quarter of 2021, will bring a new era of luxury living to Bodrum.
Batu Aksoy, CEO and Vice Chairman of Aksoy Holding and Şafak Güvenç, Area Vice President – Luxury Eastern Europe and Gulf, Levant and Pakistan for Marriott International, held a press conference and sales launch to celebrate the milestone which is expected to provide a significant contribution to the Turkish tourism industry.
According to Aksoy, Epique Island has established itself as a high value-added tourism and real estate project in the past six years, meticulously developed by Aksoy Holding.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bodrum offers luxury living surrounded by the Aegean Sea.
