Qatar Green Building Council (QGBC) will be holding the Annual Qatar Green Building Conference 2018 – The Impact, and is calling for presentation abstracts on a range of topics including Green Operation in Hospitality, Livable and Resilient Cities, Case Studies from Hot Climates, Sustainability for Knowledge Economy, Green Corporate – Case Study, and Nudging for Behaviour Change. The conference will be held at the Qatar National Convention Centre on 28–30 October. QGBC is a member of Qatar Foundation.
QGBC will nominate a select number of abstracts to be developed into peer-reviewed articles for publication by a third party. Abstracts should be submitted by 30 August. Chosen abstracts will be announced on 13 September.
The Qatar Green Building Conference is the flagship event of the Annual Qatar Sustainability Week 2018. The conference will focus on the significant challenges of environmental sustainability that every developed country should meet for a more sustainable quality of life.
