SCRAM™ Tactical Portfolio
The SCRAM™ portfolio is showcased at DIMDEX 2022, facilitated by its distributor in the Middle East, Edraq Healthcare Solutions.
The SCRAM™ portfolio (Structured CRitical Airway Management) continues to expand and now encompasses military usage. Its original benefits have underpinned the development of products including Paediatric and Paediatric EMS variants – created in collaboration with Dr Jon McCormack.
Created initially by Air Ambulance Paramedics Paul Swinton and Neil Sinclair, the SCRAM™ Bag was developed as an innovative solution to pre-hospital emergency airway management and tracheal intubation. It enhances performance in both pre-hospital and hospital environments by reducing error, time to intervention and cognitive load. Essentially, it forms a system of advanced preparation and organisation of equipment and drugs, promoting the delivery of safe, timely, and well-governed emergency anaesthesia.
