Doha’s dining scene is ready to welcome Glass House an exciting new entry, previously known as Blue restaurant with an impressive makeover on its design and menu.
Located on the first floor of Al Aziziyah Boutique Hotel, Glass House represents an upscale all-day dining venue offering breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks and dinner. Expect amped up mocktails and delectable dishes based on a menu balancing between Classic and Pan-Asian fusion cuisines. Among the special dishes at the restaurant are the Wild Salmon Kumquat Teriyaki, the one and only veal cheeks, slow cooked for eight hours and the braised lamb shank served with caramelised butternut squash purée.
Vegan dishes appear on the menu as well with the dessert section presenting a ‘wow’ effect. The previous sushi menu is re-imagined with exciting additions to its signature sushi rolls. Exotic ingredients and new techniques produce a well-balanced result available all day long.
Amazing food and a stunning location? Glass House has it all. The new extension of the venue, engulfing half of its outside terrace, ups seating capacity to 140 people. An industrial look, lush velvet materials, vertical garden walls and uninterrupted park views, offer an out-of-Doha experience.
Al Aziziyah Boutique Hotel General Manager Wael Al Sharif, said:
