Jaidah Automotive Aftermarket Division held the annual customer appreciation event to celebrate the sale of one million ACDelco Maintenance Free (MF) batteries in Qatar.The annual event was held at the Doha Marriot Hotel and attended by 180 loyal customers and representatives from Jaidah Automotive Aftermarket Division, General Motors and Mebco.
ACDelco is the leading maintenance free battery in the automotive industry, and retains the highest market share in the Qatari Market.
Jaidah Automotive’s K.T. Rao, Manager of Automotive Wholesale, welcomed attendees in a speech and said:

During the event customers were presented with latest product and new packaging updates, stamped grid technology from Johnson Controls as well as updates on warranty procedures and battery warranties.

The customers honoured at the event were Marhaba International Trading & Transport Co; Ali International Trading Est; Falcon Trading Est; Al Fajer Auto Spare Parts; Khalid Saif Auto Spare Parts and Woqod Qatar Fuel. Zahi El Chaar, Sales Business Manager, General Motors, thanked the attending customers and the Jaidah Automotive team on this occasion and congratulated the audience for the achievement.
Representatives from Mebco gave presentations to the audience, updating them about the latest technical information and benefits regarding the ACDelco MF batteries. Mufeed Al Dawood – Assistant Manager, Customer Satisfaction at Mebco provided a product and warranty presentation, and shed information regarding the “Battery Life Project” which was conducted for five months on different samples from different customer’s data bases, and concluded that ACDelco MF Battery life is longer and has better value for the money.
Slim Samir Ayadi – Quality and Controls Engineers Supervisor Mebco, gave a presentation introducing carton technology, and upcoming projects like Handles, Carton Design with more attractive and safety with international standards, and went into detail about the new warranty cards information. Customers actively participated in a Q&A session held at the end of the presentation.
At the end of the event a raffle draw was held featuring 25 generous gifts and exciting prizes from 48” curved LED TVs ,smart LED TVs, refrigerators, laptops, home theatres, Bluetooth wireless speakers, to mobile phones and many more.
