It is very important to always try to eat or drink something nutritious, raw or health boosting in your daily diet. The recipe I share is Beetroot Explosion. A wonderfully healthy RAW power drink suitable for all those seeking a natural boost for breakfast or anytime of the day.

Beetroot Explosion
Serves 1 | Preparation time: 4 minutes | No cooking required
Ingredients (per person):
2 small hard beetroots – trimmed and washed
4 black plums – washed and with the stones removed
Instructions:
1. Prepare beetroot and plums
- Trim and wash well the beetroot.
- Wash, halve and remove the stone from the plumbs.
2. Create your drink
- Push both through an electric juicer.
3. Drink immediately for full goodness!
Jules Tip: As beetroots are wonderfully rich in iron this drink is an excellent, natural way to enrich the bodies iron levels.
