Les Clefs d’Or Qatar celebrated their Third Year Anniversary last 14 January 2017 at Nisantasi Baskose Restaurant, Melia Hotel Doha for being officially accepted in Les Clefs d’Or Union Internationale des Concierges d’Hôtels as the 44th Independent country section held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2014. The association now counts 44 Member Sections representing over 50 countries and close to 4000 members.
Les Clefs d’Or Qatar consists of 20 members including Kuwait and from different nationalities and background, governing one organisation which caters to providing tourists and residents alike.
Their objectives are to provide world class concierge services, delivers the most ‘In The Know’ of the City, recommended places to visit and the most authentic experiences from corporate to leisure type of hotel guests in Doha – dedicated to the promotion and facilitation of travel and tourism.
The society started in August 2010 after the submission of application to become independent country section in Queens Town, New Zealand. The following year of 2014, the Les Clefs d’Or Qatar has been officially announced as part of Union Internationale des Concierges d’Hôtels (UICH).
Randy Santos is the Founder & President of Les Clefs d’Or Qatar, from InterContinental Hotel Doha along with his Executive Committee namely: Nizar Saidi from La Cigale Hotel, 1st Vice President; Zemri Dauti from Movenpick Tower & Suites, 2nd Vice President; Mohamed Baroudi from The Torch Doha, 3rd Vice President; Chau Arnante from Marza Malaz Kempinski, General Secretary; Jasmin Maier from Al Gassar Resort, Assistant General Secretary; Isaiah Ekere from The Ritz-Carlton, Doha, Treasurer and Jonathan Edirin from Fraser Suites & Gloria Hotel, Executive Committee.
The Certificate of Appreciation was presented to Hasan Dogan, Nisantasi Baskose Restaurant Manager for their support to the Les Clefs d’Or Qatar and Turkey – being the famous restaurant originated in Istanbul.
