With all buildings either Gold or Platinum LEED-certified, the district adheres to the highest standards of green and smart urban development, creating a sustainable and efficient way of living and decreasing the impact on the environment.
Msheireb Downtown Doha is home to Msheireb Museums, the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Doha, Al Wadi Hotel – MGallery by AccorHotels, Park Hyatt Hotel, Boutique Hotel, and Barahat Msheireb – the biggest open-air covered pedestrian square in the region.
Earlier in the year, a number of key retailers and business institutions announced that they are opening stores in Msheireb Downtown Doha. These include HSBC, Monoprix, Huawei, and Juniverse, all of which are offering concepts that are first in the region and in Qatar.
