The Amir, HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, issued Amiri order No. 7 of 2018 on 4 November reshuffling the cabinet. The new ministers took the oath before HH Sheikh Tamim at the Amiri Diwan.

- HE Dr Issa bin Saad Al Jafali Al Nuaimi: Minister of Justice, to assume the duties of the Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs in addition to the duties of his post
- HE Dr Hassan bin Lahdan Al Muhannadi: Chief of the Court of Cassation
