NEW GROUP CLASSES

Coach Andrew and Sajith went out of their way this summer to create new workout classes for you. Choose your objective and we will definitely have the group class that you need.

Zumba This full-body workout combines all elements of fitness: muscle conditioning, cardio
training and balance. Make it your new routine this month.
Saturday, 6 pm–7 pm

Boot Camp Explosive exercises to level up your overall fitness and aerobic capacity. Done indoor and outdoor, our boot camp group classes will be the nicest addition to your week.
Sunday, 6 pm–7 pm

Boxing Class Great for body conditioning and weight loss, core strengthening and toning. Boxing will improve stamina, strength and agility.
Tuesday and Thursday, 6 pm–7 pm

Boxing Boot Camp An energised fusion of cardio training and boxing that will improve your core strength, speed, agility and muscle endurance.
Wednesday, 7 pm–7:45 pm

Circuit Training Challenge yourself to complete all the exercises with this high-intensity training. Circuit Training is the full-body workout you need.
Tuesday, 7 pm–7:45 pm

Spinning class Get your heart pumping with this group spinning class where participants can modify the bike’s resistance to meet their workout needs.
Sunday and Thursday, 5:15 pm–6 pm

Kickboxing Class Burn more calories with kickboxing. Enjoy a fun self-defence class run by a professional trainer. Learn new skills, master the moves and transform your body.
Monday and Wednesday, 6 pm–7 pm
