In line with their commitment to encourage innovation, contribute to the development of small and medium enterprises (SME) in Qatar, and support Qatar’s goal of economic diversification, Sasol has once again served as sponsor of the 7th Al Fikra 2019 National Business Competition, an initiative led by Qatar Development Bank (QDB) as part of its commitment to the development of SME in Qatar.
The Minister of Commerce and Industry, HE Ali Bin Ahmed Al Kuwari awarded eight winners of the Al Fikra 2019 edition. Al Fikra is an educational initiative aimed at nurturing and developing the talents of young entrepreneurs through workshops that transform entrepreneurial business ideas into successful projects. Al Fikra provides entrepreneurs with the necessary support to contribute to Qatar’s economic diversification.
