United Development Company (UDC), one of Qatar’s leading public shareholding companies and master developer of The Pearl-Qatar, has announced its participation to the 7th edition of Cityscape Qatar next week, on 22-25 April, at the Doha Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Throughout the four-day event, UDC will showcase its various real estate projects and investment opportunities to local and international investors. The company will also unveil its latest construction project: a new island alongside The Pearl-Qatar, part of UDC’s five-year sustainable growth strategy, a new investment and residential venture on the promising local market.
Cityscape Qatar 2018 will also feature the launch of UDC’s sale of mix of properties at Giardino Village precinct at The Pearl. These include villa plots and low-rise building lots comprising a ground floor and three or five storeys as well as villas under construction. Giardino Village is a highly prized residential district featuring beautiful gardens and private living space for residents.
Within a short walking distance of Porto Arabia, Medina Centrale and Qanat Quartier, this new residential development is conveniently located to allow for easy access to the retail and entertainment outlets in these districts, combining privacy and a sense of belonging to the vibrant island community. The precinct is also set to be home to a sports field, a school and a hospital.
Speaking on UDC’s participation in Cityscape 2018, Ibrahim Jassim Al Othman, President and Chief Executive Officer at UDC, said they offer a wide range of real estate products and investment opportunities, and these will be presented during the event along with the new island development project.
